Ran 26.2 miles on the Friday (interspersed throughout with a bit of walking). Despite this being the first time I’d covered this distance in 4 years, my time wasn’t much slower than my London marathon time, so quietly chuffed. Came away from the day with a souvenir sock tan. On the Saturday went to the gym for a gruelling training session (slept well that evening). Rested on the Sunday.
